About Me:

I like: surveys, blogging, music, cats, creativeness, future things. I'm peculiarly drawn to technological advancement, despite having no skills with thing involving numbers and calculation. Some say 50 years later I would be an excellent decker. On the other hand, literature professors say that they're amazed by my unique poetry skill and style. Too bad that my social relationships usually end up because I'm too suspicious or clingy. I know this world is not my own, and through a romance the homesickness could be set aside a little, but it's hard to make the first step. I experienced one event that could lead to a romantic encounter, but she didn't want it, being exclusively straight. Since then I dread rejection. Otherwise, I have recently discovered that life is not as bad as I've seen before, and the clue is not to desire too much and achieve satisfaction through sharing thoughts and dreams. I thrive in blogging, learning, (role)playing, and reading. The 5 things I would bring to a desert island: laptop with wifi access, my lucky knife (13 cm's long), a digital camera, my portable mp3 player, and enough chocolate for the rest of my life :) I dislike: dumbness, meaningless traditions, smoking, the rightwing, too bright sunshine, ridicule, prejudice and being sleepy.

These are all-time favourites, but what I listen to depends greatly on which world I'm currently studying. For example, after reading the Shadowrun core rulebook and creating VenusWire, I felt more attracted to electronic music and discovered 8bit music in its whole greatness, while after a long session of D&D I prefer epic singalongs like those of Cat Faber, and after watching Back to the Future the 6+th times, 80's rock and roll is the choice.
